Stop pressuring yourself to "figure your life out."

I journaled last night after hearing that a few of my friends feel stuck in their career or relationships and are unsure what direction to take.

My friends and family think I have it 'together' because I found yoga. It's a nice feeling to not feel pressure from them but I have been putting pressure on myself for years to "figure my life out." Yes, teaching is my calling and passion but I don't know exactly what I want to do with it or what my next steps are. Read below for how I found peace. How I let go of my worries and fears for my future and how I am feeling positive about what is yet to come!

Have you ever put pressure on yourself to figure your life out? Maybe you're trying to figure out what you want for yourself?

What if we don’t know what we want for ourselves? We have a million ideas in all different directions and that’s where we get stuck?

Guess what? That’s okay!  It doesn’t matter if you don’t know what you want your career to look like, who you want to spend your life with, where you want to live, etc. . Instead of beating yourself up over these “decisions” and questioning our lives; how about we begin to accept where we are on our path.

It is your own, unique journey after all.  The reality is, if you weren’t meant to be in your current situation, you simply wouldn’t be.  You would be somewhere else, doing something else. Honor where you are on your path right now, knowing that you are there for a reason. Release any worry or fear that you may be holding onto .

As long as you know how you want to FEEL, then you have it figured out. The Universe has a plan for you. Learn to trust and stop fighting it. Your path is already laid out before you. Everything you need to succeed is within.

Just trust in the power of you, feeling all the positivity and love, and opportunities will be begin to present themselves to you.
