I was a chronic people pleaser for so long… and I mean CHRONIC.

I remember growing up hearing; go to college, graduate, get a job with benefits, buy a house, get married, start a family and that was my conditioned version of success. It was what was shared with me and the environment that I was in, so that was my learned version of success.

Reflecting back on my life, I graduated college, moved back home with my parents, got a  full-time job and crossed all of those learned “goals” off my list.

I achieved all of those things….and I still wasn’t satisfied.

I wasn’t fulfilled. I realized I had this deep, deep desire: I know I am meant for something more.  I just didn’t know what that was.

Sharing my Spiritual Journey with you and how I found the road back home to my soul.

Because in my eyes, I was living out the dream. The dream that I was taught and told that would make me feel successful and happy and I achieved all those things and yet something was still missing?!

I lived that way for years and years. I remember wanting to feel connected but didn’t know HOW.

Even when my husband and I moved to Colorado, I still continued to live that way; the way of my learned version of success.

I crossed things off my list of what I was supposed to do and what I felt I needed to do in order to look or appear successful and I still had that feeling that deep, deep almost an URGE withing me; you are meant for something more. 

And I just kept living my life that way. I wasn’t listening to what I now know was my Higher Self trying to speak to me.

I remember this feeling of being so unsatisfied and I don’t know any other way to describe it except for I was unfulfilled.

I realized that what I was doing and how I was choosing to live my life, wasn’t working for me. I knew I needed to do something different.

I allowed myself to explore my actual desires.

I allowed myself to explore spirituality, self discovery and self development.

(fun fact: when I was 12 I was OBSESSED with the Chicken soup for the soul books. I owned/borrowed and read ALL of them.)

I allowed myself to get back into what truly interested me and what lit me the F UP.

I signed up for yoga teacher training. I was introduced to oracle cards. I became really infatuated with crystals and just everything that made me feel ALIVE and AWAKENED.

And then I realized that urge that I was feeling I wasn’t fulfilled in my soul and I wasn’t living out my sole purpose and what I came here to do and share with the world.

So the more that I dove into spirituality, the more that I dove in to self-discovery, the more that  I started to learn mindset techniques to allow me to SHIFT and expand, the more I paved the road back home to me.

I started to create and do visualizations like meditation practices of allowing myself to receive messages from my Highest Self.

This was a huge pivotal moment for me because when I receive messages from my Higher Self; she shared with me what made her happy, what made her feel successful and what allowed her to attract and receive abundance.

And then in my life, in this human form, I started to act from that place of my Highest Self. And then in turn, I discovered new Pathways of what fulfilled me, which led me to this entire career of what it is that I do and what I share with the world.

It comes to me so easily and it FULFILLS me on a mind body and SOUL LEVEL. 

That was a huge pivotal moment for me and now these are the tools that I teach inside the BBC. This is how I know that my soul purpose is and what I came here to share with the world.
